The Telemarketing Executive role is to cold call on the telephone to generate leads and set meetings with Senior Partners and/or Practice Managers within accountancy firms for one of the business development team to attend.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Generate sales opportunities through outbound telephone calls.
- Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of the company's value proposition and be able to talk about these in context.
- Work to develop lists / database of prospects to whom the company can promote their products and services.
- Work on specific campaigns and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and(or) appointments for members of the business development team.
- Cross sell and up sell the complete range of our products and capabilities.
- Gain knowledge of the competitive landscape and use this to the company’s advantage and to help you generate qualified leads.
- Help develop campaign plans to generate sales opportunities
- Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity and customer feedback
- Keep the diary system up to date with all activities in or out of the office
- Follow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target times
- Attend and contribute constructively to sales / marketing meetings

- Also, some cold calling experience is preferable, as this is the main part of the role, but not essential as full training will be given. The most important quality an applicant can have for us is the right attitude.
We are looking to fill a number of positions due to the growth of the company over the last year. These positions can be either full time or part time:
- Full Time Telemarketing Executive Role - hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, salary approx £23,000 OTE, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
- Part Time Telemarketing Executive Role - 20 hours per week (4 hours per day with the working hours flexible per day), salary approx £15,000 OTE, 25 days holiday (pro rata to hours worked) plus statutory bank holidays.
