A rare opportunity has arisen for a Front of House Manager to join the management team at this award winning Eco Luxury Hotel in Cornwall.  As Front of House Manager you will be responsible for Reservations and Reception.  Can you help our clients build on their success?  We hope the answer is Yes!

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Front of House Manager and a member of the junior management team, you will have the day to day responsibility for Reception/Reservations side of the business, working closely with the House Manager, taking a minimum of two duty management shifts a week.

ABOUT YOU

In the role of Front of House Manager, you must have a proven track record in the management of an effective reception and reservations function and have excellent communication skills.  You will have an in depth knowledge of Hotel Perfect or similar hotel bookings system, with channel management experience.

The successful candidate will be naturally warm with the ability to communicate and deliver their genuine passion for hospitality. You will be able to demonstrate that you can inspire and enable a team. Impeccable attention to detail and high standards will be in your DNA.
