Curtis & Mayfair are proud to represent our client in searching for a Front of House Administrator/Trainee Negotiator for their fantastic office located in the sort after area of Canary Wharf

My client is an established estate agency who have been successfully trading since 1992 and hold an amazing reputation in the area.

They are now seeking an individual that is competent in the following day to day duties....

• MUST have an excellent telephone manner
• Extremely bubbly and outgoing, whilst remaining professional
• You will be meeting and greeting clients
• Answering telephone calls
• Reporting to the Director with weekly figures
• Email landlords for relevant documentation
• Email landlords for any work that needs to carried out on a property
• Oversee the whole Pre-Let process-Talking to landlords and tenants ect
• Posting welcome packs
• Oversee references
• Add relevant information to Veco system
• Stationary orders
• Organising touting and leaflet runs

Once you have learned the ins and out of the business, there is a huge potential you can move into the a negotiator role where you will have a lucrative career ahead of you.
