Our client is a leading Finance and Trading company working with major Banking and Hedge Fund customers.

Increased growth has led to the opening of a new role for a Front End GUI Developer  - JavaScript to join their Milton Keynes based operation:

Job Role:

A Rich Front End application designer and developer using JavaScript. Technologies used include JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, JSON, Ext-JS. The role will be primarily front end development with the possibility to train for development within the proprietary back end. You should be somebody with flair who can not only code but also influence the front end design and direction.

Candidate Criteria:

In depth experience of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, a major JavaScript framework (Sencha’s Ext-JS for example).

Desirable

SVN, Automated UI testing tools (Selenium for example). Streaming technologies (Comet for example). Web design for touch based devices.
