What's working for a traditional digital agency like? We wouldn't know. Honest.

We are ambitious and we just can't get enough of the web.

We were 8, and 8 was great. But now we're looking for our number 9. And we need more than a number. We are on the hunt for a super-talented up-and-coming front end developer/designer who can challenge themselves and challenge us.

The successful Developer / Designer will join our Soho-based team of smart, fun, creative individuals who are as passionate about the web and latest technologies as they are lunch options.

In addition to a winning attitude, an insatiable love of technology and desire to push the boundries of whats possible on the modern web, our next recruit would possess these key skills:

> Experience designing for the web with a hunger to build skills and grow, fast.
> Strong front-end skills, specifically HTML, CSS (All our stuff uses CSS3 & HTML5), JavaScript & jQuery.
> Understanding of CSS preprocessors; think LESS, SASS or Stylus
> Strong visual and user focused design skills and an eye for detail.
> Experience using/knowledge of technologies such as BackboneJS, PHP, AJAX etc.
> Ability to complete and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines and have fun while doing it..
> Excellent understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues (Say bye bye to IE6 though).
> Basic understanding of SEO.
> Completed the first world of Angry Birds with 2* rating or higher, or like free Monday lunches

We work at the sharp end of the web, using the latest technologies and tools. These can either be with our forward thinking clients (such as Sohofixed. com, Conversocial. com, FNATIC. com, Purple.fr) or increasingly on our own products such as SLATE, and a few more that we're about to release.

We want to change the world, one pixel (em?) at a time.
