We are recruiting a French speaking Client Administrator. If you can also speak either or both spanish and Italian, this would be an advantage. We want to hear from candidates who have exceptional Customer Services skills, strong administration, & excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective administration and excellence in service to exceed and maintain customer relationships at the highest level.
The successful candidates will need to:
- Demonstrate experience of personally building relationships with internal/external customers and suppliers
- Effectively maintain and manage data in our clients internal systems
- Possess excellent interpersonal/communication skills both via email and over the phone
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills in line with SLA’s and KPI’s
- Deal with escalated customer issues in a sensitive and professional manner
- Continually develop own knowledge and skills.
