French Speaking Chef Manager/ Exec Chef/ Camp Manager - AFRICA

URGENT - CAMP MANAGER REQUIRED, FOR  2 Month contract which is likely to extend.

Small mining camp 20+ people, are looking for a cmap manager to:

 monitoring food supplies,

monitoring the cooking and checking kitchen hygiene,

issuing fuel,

checking and ordering other camp supplies,

water management,

checking security,

camp logistics & transport,

assisting drillers,

maintaining inventories

and basically making sure the geologists and drillers can focus on the technical issues / drilling without having to worry about the camp. It is a very hands-on role. There has been theft on camp in the past and fuel management is key as diesel is in short supply.
