Franchise Network Services / Audit Manager

This role has responsibility for a team of 60 franchisee who are property claims handlers operating throughout United Kingdom and Ireland. You will be based from the company headquarters in Lancashire. This management post is intended to concentrate purely on managing the franchised and company owned network, contractor quality, the claims process and thus the satisfaction of the claimants and insurers alike. You will have full responsibility for ensuring adherence to the operating system, a high quality customer care and network support.

The company - National property insurance claims management company with both company owned and franchise outlets. They provide a leading claims management solution to individuals and businesses alike.

Job requirements - There is a need for management experience primarily, however, the client is also looking for someone from a property insurance claims background in order to understand the technicalities of claims and the claims progression process. You need to be IT literate and have experience managing franchisees or contractors would be welcome.
