Franchise Manager - High profile role - Trowbridge

Job Title:  Franchise Manager - Wiltshire Farm Foods -Please note this is not a Franchise opportunity, this is a management opportunity to run an existing business. 

Salary: Competitive guaranteed annual salary + Company Bonus, Pension, Life Assurance, 25 days holiday.  This is a corporate package.

Overview:

Wiltshire Farm Foods require a Franchise Manager / Business Manager to drive the continued growth of the franchise and develop best practice initiatives which can be implemented across the Wiltshire Farm Foods network. 

Key goals include: driving acquisition of new customers, improving retention and increasing average order values through targeted marketing and outstanding customer service. A major part of this role is the PR of the franchise, as you will be an ambassador and WFF promoter for guests and influencers.

This is an extremely high profile role, with a lot of contact with key decision makers other Franchise Managers and Board Execs within WFF and apetito. 

This is a key recruit as our Trowbridge Franchise is our pilot franchise and new ideas and initiatives are often generated and trialled here to be rolled out throughout the rest of the franchise network.  You will have access to creative, top class marketing teams, finance executives, Senior Management team, IT gurus, NPD and a committed HR and Learning and Development team at your fingertips to execute strategy, and create conceptual approaches to the implementation of new initiatives.
