Job Description
Our client is looking fro an FP&A Manager to join their existing growing team. This role will require someone to run the planning process of the business.
Key skills:-
- Planning & Analysis
- Excellent communications, business partnering at all levels across the business
- Financial Services or Insurance background would be highly desirable but isn’t
essential
- Present the P&L forecast to the Senior Executives, clearly setting out any decisions
they need to take and the risks and opportunities in the forecast.
- Strong management experience (managing a team of 9) and developing them
- Significant experience of leading, preparing and presenting financial forecasts.
- Experience in analytical review and variance analysis of financial information.
- Proven ability to produce clearly written reports to a very high standard.
- Pro-active approach to leading projects to improve efficiency, control and value-
adding insight.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A relevant financial qualification (ACA/ACCA.CIMA) or MBA would be an advantage.
- Ideally a 'Big 4' trained candidate would be desirable
