Forecasting, Scheduling & MI Specialist

The Forecasting, Scheduling and MI Specialist produces operational plans, to deliver Bupa’s grade of service across all areas of the business, meeting the needs of our customers and optimising resource in line with Bupa’s strategic direction.

They will also provide corrective action to address short term (unforeseen events, system outages etc) in customer needs/service performance and provides alternatives to improve operational performance.

You have experience of operating within a Resource Planning team within a multi-site / Multi media Contact Centre. With exceptional numerical reasoning, attention to detail and accuracy, you will have used advanced analytical and statistical methodologies and data visualisation techniques.

You have experience of gathering, interpreting and presenting information/data or managing an industry standard WFM application. Although Access and/or COGNOS is preferred, its not essential, as training will be provided. You should be able to provide evidence of a high level of competence in using systems is essential.
