Food & Beverage Manager required for luxury progressive hotel in Galway.

This senior management position will have you with full control of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel and working with the kitchen and general manager regarding all food and beverage departments.

You must be able to lead and inspire staff throughout all food and beverage areas of the hotel to strive to surpass guest’s expectations, while achieving budget.

This position requires proven experience and successes within food and beverage at a senior management level.

• Must have previous experience in a similar role, 4* minimum.
• Must have the ability to lead, multi-task and make sound decisions in a fast paced environment while maintaining a high level of guest service.
• Must maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be financially astute.
