My client is a stunning property in the Cotswolds. They are going from strength to strength and are currently recruiting a Food and Beverage Manager to take the team to the next level.
Job Description
-To supervise and control all food and beverage outlets in the hotel to the required standards, within agreed budgetary limits and liquor law.
-To oversee all restaurant, room service, banqueting and back of house staff.
-To ensure that the food and beverage departments run smoothly and to the highest standards.
-Training and developement of the team.
This position is an immediate start - ideally you will have your own transport. Live-in is not offered, but there is accomodation near the property.
