My client a Claims Management company based in Colchester are looking for a number of individuals to look after the First Notification of Loss from their clients.

These fantastic vacancies are available due to the companies natural organic growth and progression within their teams. The role will involve taking incoming calls from clients who have been involved in a motor accident and dealing with all associated work. This role will require a strong telephone manner and the ability to take information whilst on a call.

The successful candidates will have at least 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (or equivalent) and some experience within a customer service environment.
