We are currently recruiting for a FM Process Planner for the Defence, Science and Technology Laboratory contract in Fort Halstead.
The post holder will work on behalf of the Hard Services Manager providing guidance and assistance to managers, supervisors, administrators and central teams in the development and implementation of process and procedures highlighted by audit and operational issues along with the ongoing progress monitoring.
The FM Process Planner is accountable to the Hard Services Manager for:
- Highlighting issues with existing process and systems
- Working with relevant teams to resolve highlighted issues
- Development and implementation of process and procedure including piloting and monitoring
- Development of action plans from internal and external maintenance compliance audits e.g.
- Legionella
- Asbestos
- DOSG Technical and Professional Audit
- Progress chasing activities from action plans
- Working with the central teams to deliver service improvements required as a result of continuous improvement of the planned maintenance system
- Acting as the operational point of contact for the future upgrade of the planned maintenance system
- Assisting the Standardisation Officer in the implementation of Asbestos and SIMS modules for the Estates Management Information System
- Providing support to the PPM Technical Administrator when required
- Supporting the PPM team in delivery of its operational requirements
