REED IT is urgently looking for a Fluent Vietnamese speaker with strong IT Leadership skills (IT Manager/ Development Manager/ Infrastructure Manager/ Security Manager/ BCM Manager/ Transformation project Manager…) to join a TOP International Financial Services company in Vietnam (Permanent/ Contract).
To be successful at this job, the right candidate should have the following background and required skills:
• Strong Management and leadership skills, looking after large teams of IT professionals across application development/ Infrastructure/ BCM/ Resiliency, Business Transformation/ etc.
• Excellent People management and project management skills
• Excellent at motivating teams and ensuring high level productivity within each teams and staff retention
• Coordinate on a regular basis with the other Senior Managers and Directors in the region and globally
• Excellent presentation, inter-personal, communication skills and reporting skills
• Good at speaking and dealing with staff at all levels within the organization
• Experience within Financial Services/ Banking/ Insurance, is a MUST though Insurance would be highly preferred)
• Languages: Native/Fluent Vietnamese and fluent English
