Fluent Dutch or Finnish Customer Service Consultants

We are looking for talented individuals capable of managing customer service in any of the languages:

* Dutch

* Finnish

These jobs are dealing with the public in a customer service capacity. The job itself will be office based handling enquiries, via email, telephone and via a web chat service which is like Messenger. This company can provide ongoing training and investments to all employees.

Working in the modern and pleasant environment of our client's office in South West London, you will need to speak any of the above languages at a native level and be confident providing information and answering questions.

Experience of at least 6 months - 1 year in customer service is necessary - please ensure that you have worked in customer service and that you are confident operating in a business environment.

You need to have excellent communication skills and be able to interact in a positive and friendly manner with customers and colleagues alike. Experience in a customer facing role, in particular in a telephony environment is of benefit but not essential.

The role is 37.5 hrs per week working standard office opening times for the European time zone.

Please ensure you can easily commute from central London or from South or West London.
