Fluent Dutch Customer Support - Surrey

Our Client, a leader in their field is looking to recruit a fluent Dutch/English speaking Customer Support Exec.

Main purpose of the role:

To maximise on all sales opportunities coming into the Global Customer Service Centre (GCSC).
To provide a high level of customer service at all times to internal and external clients in the appropriate territory.
To live the Customer First and Solution Focused company values, taking responsibility and ownership of queries as well as a proactive approach to identify the needs of a given client / company, responding accordingly.

Key accountability's include:
Account Managing Customer accounts including proactive outbound calling.
Responding to all incoming enquiries via phone , email etc.
Maximising on all sales opportunities by up/cross selling where appropriate.
Managing the Client database ensuring all customer information is correct and up to date.
Adhering to set KPI's and SLA's.

We are seeking applicants with:
Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in a customer orientated environment.
Confident, articulate phone manner.
Experience of working towards and achieving targets.
The ability to work under pressure.
Good MS Office skills.
