FITNESS MANAGER
STUNNING LADIES ONLY FITNESS CENTRES
HIGH QUALITY FITNESS CENTRES THROUGHOUT SAUDI ARABIA
SAUDI ARABIA, RIYADH
We are currently recruiting for a chain of womens only fitness centres that aim to provide a high quality, high value exercise proposition for women in Saudi Arabia.
You are the face of the club and the Brand Champion.You will manage the day to day operations and NuYu fitness team to deliver the fitness business objectives and fulfill the company vision and values.
YOU THE FITNESS MANAGER:
- Proactively engaging women in exercise and activity is at the heart of everything you do.
- Fitness business targets and objectives are achieved and exceeded wherever possible
- The club operations including Fitness, Group Exercise, presentation standards are delivered and managed according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- As a Duty Manager you are responsible for the safety and security of all members and staff and the daily running of the club.
- Fitness team are motivated, happy and achieving objectives.
- You consistently deliver to your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED:
- Superb people management and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate and ability to work with accounts.
- Great leader and inspiration to the team.
- Excellent motivation and coaching skills
- Target and goal driven.
- Well presented has presence.
- 2 years minimum work experience in a management role ideally including financial accountability.
- Internationally recognized Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
- Group exercise qualified (preferably ETM and another.)
- Current First Aid Qualification
- Evidence of ongoing personal development/CECs
- Great team player
- Self motivated and customer focused.
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken)
FANTASTIC PACKAGE BEING OFFERED:
- 1 Year contract with 3 month probationary period
- Salary 108kSAR (18,000) basic (TAX FREE)
- Up to 30kSAR (5,000) bonus for achieving targets
- Holidays 30days (date allocation to be agreed)
- Health Care (Class B)
- Working days: Saturday Thursday
- Uniform provided
- Recruitment flight and flight home after 1 year
- Fully furnished shared accommodation, with private room
