Innovative and market leading software house developing solutions into a lucrative niche, have an immediate requirement for an experienced Firstline Application Support Analyst to join their expanding support team. The role will be predominately dealing with firstline issues, and some secondline support of their innovative product suite.
Technically, candidates need to possess previous support experience of application software (any ERP/accounting......Great Plains, MS Dynamics, Navision, Epicor , Sage, Pegasus etc) coupled with an understanding of Windows 2003/2008 Server, SQL Server 2005/2008, MS Office etc.
Obviously, strong communications skills, enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to get things done are a pre-requisite for this role.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and live within commuting distance of the Warrington area. Relocating candidates will only be considered if they have some connection to the local area (ie originally from the area, educated in the area, have relatives in the area etc).
