Are you able to help us deliver excellent customer service to potential clients making their first contact with our firm by joining the First Response team members in the Personal Injury division?
As part of our First response team you will be confident on the telephone and capable of using your excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with clients over the phone.
You will be confident and able to produce a large quantity of work to strict deadlines and within stringent Service Level Agreement targets.
You will also have common sense and a practical approach to problem solving coupled with good organisational skills.
There will be a number of shifts available covering core hours of 08.00 - 21.00 weekdays and weekend working between 09.00 - 17.00
