A pioneering and marketing leading annuity and equity release provider is looking for X14 high calibre Customer Service Representatives Team Administrators to join it’s rapidly expanding Redhill (Surrey) based team.

The business has increased its turnover from £300 Million - £700 Million in the last 18 Months and has grown from 200 to 380 employees, additionally the business is on target to break the £billion mark in the next 12 months, producing on average £17 Million of quotations a week!

Driven by it's holistic principals the organisation always strives to provide the best possible annuity pricing to clients, combining an exceptionally smooth administration process with an immense database that has been built up over 15 Years allowing it’s underwriters to make fast and accurate decisions on cases so clients are able focus on their retirement plans and not the process of annuitising their pension.

The Team Administrators are split into three teams New Business, Acceptance and Completion. The New Business Applications, generate illustrations, liaise with medical underwriting to create client profiles, Issues quotes and occasionally speaks to with IFA’s, The Acceptance team check the quote before it’s sent to the IFA and the Completions Team process the quote once it has been returned ensuring all necessary information is supplied to process the application and that Data Protection and Money Laundering Process’s are followed.

The ideal candidate will come from a Financial Services, Banking or Insurance Company with a minimum of 2 years experience in administering Financial Services Products and possess the ability to spot discrepancies in paperwork i.e. Sales Support, Employee Benefits, Group Risk, Pension, Insurance, Finance Administrators

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £22,000 + £500 quarterly and annual bonus of up to 20% of salary realistic OTE £28,400 + Pension + Free Dental and Heath Insurance + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Plus outstanding career development opportunities within a business and sector that is rapidly expanding
