Job Description
Due to success of the Forensic & Fraud Services team we are recruiting a qualified Manager, focusing on the Financial Services sector, with clients in the retail, banking and capital markets, intermediaries, insurers, asset managers and credit cards business.
You role will involve
- Regulatory investigations including financial statement irregularity investigations, securities fraud and market abuse detection and investigation
- Regulatory compliance including financial crime, market conduct and bribery and corruption compliance
- Fraud and forensic investigations (including insurance fraud and mortgage fraud)
- Fraud risk management including fraud risk assessments, compliance program development, fraud monitoring software and systems prevention
Drawing on your experience you’ll create innovative commercial insights for clients, adapt methods and practices to fit operational team and cultural needs, and contribute to improving operational efficiency on projects, consistently drive projects to completion, determining that the work is of high quality.
Person Specification
To be considered you must hold an accountancy qualification and experience/ knowledge of the above and
Skilled person (s166) investigations
Anti-money laundering / terror financing / sanctions
Risk management
Review of policies, procedures, internal processes and controls
Multi-National / jurisdictional / cross-border investigations
To be successful in this post you will be assertive and confident with strong interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure and in sensitive and adversarial situations, comfortable working independently or in a team and have an exceptionally good attention to detail
