Pure Resourcing are currently supporting a leading financial services business in Norwich, with this leadership level role in Quality Assurance and Audit.
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring delivery of a high quality, compliant service. Key tasks include audit, quality assurance, continuous improvement, training needs analysis and delivery, compliance and risk assessment & mitigation.
Main Responsibilities of Job:
- Implement, manage and oversee scheduled Audit programme (includes file, outlook & diary)
- Implement, manage and oversee required ad-hoc Audits
- Mentor and monitor Auditor output quality and ensure cross audits carried out
- Contribute recommendations for Audit scheduling and subject matter
- Create fit for purpose documentation and supporting documents for Audits
- Create and implement continuous improvement ethos and programme
- Oversee and support Compliance and Training module completion programme
- Contribute and oversee the achievement of service level agreements, key performance indicators and business objectives
- Manage projects in a timely manner
- Produce presentations for staff
- Production of Training and instruction manuals (where required)
- Use a flexible and diverse approach to resolve or oversee complex and / or contentious issues
- Build and maintain strong working relationships, utilising effective communication, with internal and external customers & stakeholders
- Produce and deliver information and documentation in line with requirements of role
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of auditing and delivering performance improvement in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to deliver feedback in a constructive manner.
Salary: dependent on experience
