2. Manage and train members of staff, as well as develop existing staff skills with the necessary training plans/tools/
3. Organise working patterns for all staff
4. Monitor and manage staffing levels; holiday, sickness and general absences.
5. Participate in recruitment processes and conduct staffing interviews

*A background of working within a similar financial and/or administration services environment preferred
*Ability to demonstrate a high level of administrative and technical expertise, whilst being generally computer and IT systems literate
