Financial Services Administrator

1. Organise the team to meet productivity, performance and quality targets
2. Manage and train members of staff, as well as develop existing staff skills with the necessary training plans/tools/
3. Organise working patterns for all staff
4. Monitor and manage staffing levels; holiday, sickness and general absences.
5. Participate in recruitment processes and conduct staffing interviews

*Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills
*Excellent written communication skills
*A background of working within a similar financial and/or administration services environment preferred
*Ability to demonstrate a high level of administrative and technical expertise, whilst being generally computer and IT systems literate
*Ability to work in a team and follow processes
Ability to work well under pressure and embrace change
