Our client is a specialist IFA firm offering advice to individuals, trustees, and corporate clients, whilst their bespoke service also extends to supporting individuals within the Legal profession and due to continued success and growth; they are seeking a Financial Services Administrator.
As a Financial Services Administrator, your primary responsibilities will be:-
- To type correspondence, complete forms and documents on behalf of Partners/Clients and ensure that all enclosures are included with correspondence
- To ensure that all details on the client’s database, particularly those relating to client matters, are accurately completed in full and that such entries are updated as and when appropriate
- Dealing with telephone calls and accurately recording messages
- Checking partners’ diaries and making appointments when required
- Contacting clients upon instruction of the Partners and undertaking matters delegated to them
- Undertaking any other ad hoc task which may be set by the Partner from time-to-time, as well as General Office duties
The ideal candidate will:-
- Have experience of working in an office environment within the Financial Services Industry
- Preferably have Certificate in Financial Administration and Certificate in Financial Planning, or equivalent or at least working towards these qualifications
- Have a good technical of Financial Services products and services
The salary range is completely dependent on experience and ranges up to £30,000.
