Financial Reporting Accountant

We are recruiting for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant for a leading Financial Services business based in Surrey. The role, will be managing a small team of 2 staff and will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and consolidation of the European business in line with US GAAP, this role will also develop the UK GAAP reporting for these entities. The role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly P&L's and Balance Sheets, prepare quarterly Financial Pack (including Actual, Forecasts, Plans and Prior Year), ensure Financial Reporting process is documented, prepare for the requirement to account and report under UK GAAP plus other ad-hoc duties. Applicants for this role must be qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years experience of providing management P&L's and Balance Sheets within a large business environment, Financial Services experience is ideal. It is essential for applicants to have UK GAAP and US GAAP reporting experience as well as previous line management experience.
