Financial Production Controller

If you are an experienced Financial Stock Controller with experience of using SAP software, then we'd love to hear from you. We have a great opportunity to join a market leading food manufacturer in an exciting and challenging role within their Finance Team. The primary function of this role is to act as the Site Stock Controller and take a lead on the Production SAP Process.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Liaise and challenge Production Managers, Warehouse and Supply Chain departments to ensure the correct SAP movement of raw ingredients and finished goods.
  • Responsibility for generating and maintaining integrity of weekly production P&L and key performance indicators
  • Weekly review and settlement of Production order variances
  • Ensure regular stock takes are held, and correct adjustments made for Daily/Weekly and Monthly as required by the site management and auditors.
  • Identify and find missing stock, computerised and physical stock, and arrange reallocation as appropriate.
  • Monitor the plus and minus stock adjustments.
  • To follow all company SAP stock procedures, and actively encourage adherence.
  • Critical Path Management
  • Reporting on Stock and related financial information for Internal and External requirements, as per the business needs.
  • Projects as required
  • Any other reasonable request

Essential Experience:

Strong SAP experience

Previous experience in a similar role in an FMCG company

Experience using computerised purchasing/forecasting and stock control systems.

Skills:

Accountancy Qualifications to a degree standard or equivalent

Excellent knowledge of accounting, and related financial processes.

Excellent Numerical skills

Excellent Influencing Skills
