My client is leading global bank and established brand name, they are currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Manager to support their branch network in Llandudno, Gwynedd.

Qualifications: Hold the QCF Level 4 Diploma Qualification or
Hold a Certificate for Financial Advisers (CeFA), Financial Planning Certificate (FPC) or
Equivalent AND have commenced working towards the QCF Level 4 Diploma Qualification with no more than 40 credits to be obtained.
Description: Financial Planning Managers within our Retail Banking and Wealth Management business, provide a professional holistic wealth planning service to both new and existing customers by identifying customer needs in line with the Bank’s policy on treating customers fairly (TFC). Relevant financial advisor qualifications, as detailed below, are required.
The jobholder is expected to meet customer needs with particular emphasis on the protection, pension, investment and general insurance products available through the Bank’s branch network. In proactively developing and strengthening customer relationships, the jobholder will generate new business in line with Best place to Bank principles.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Achieving personal and team’s sales target in Life Protection & Investment (LP&I) and generalinsurance products
- Advocating putting customers first and delivering a consistently excellent customer experience
- Recognising the wider wealth planning needs of customers and making referrals to other areas of the bank, where the customers’ wider needs can be met
- Working with customers to ensure their understanding of what is offered, why and how they can benefit
- Networking and relationship building skills required for developing and delivering joined up services and solutions aligned to customer needs and to increase referrals between business areas
- Professional communication skills with experience communicating effectively and inclusively with a diverse audience
- Experience in coaching/training colleagues in your specialist products/areas of expertise
- The ability to work independently, proactively manage your time and commitments to meet a range of stakeholders’ needs and priorities
- An understanding of the regulatory, financial and risk contexts in which financial advisors operate and experience of personally complying with relevant regulation and quality measures
