Barclay Meade are seeking a Qualified Finance Planning Analyst for a prominent Engineering Consultancy based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly respected UK market leader who are in turn part of a larger global market leader.
This role will sit within the Europe Regional Commercial Finance and Planning team which is responsible for driving the financial and commercial management of the regional business. This role itself has a particular responsibility to provide a forward looking strategic and business planning service together with insightful business analysis to the regional team.
Key Operational & Technical Deliverables:
• Assisting in preparing and submitting of the regional strategic and business plans.
• Assisting in preparing and submitting the regional annual budget
• Analyse and interpret the regional performance, preparing financial forecasts and provide detailed variance analysis
• Providing financial support to project managers
• Cash flow forecasting
• Providing financial modelling and advice to major investment, bids and acquisitions
To be successful with your application you will have:
• A track record in providing strategic planning, budgeting and financial support at a senior level
• Experience of providing business insight at a management level
• An appropriate professional qualification
• Willingness to travel around the region where necessary
