My client an Manufacturing organisation located just outside of Newbury are looking to recruit a Financial Controller due to growth within the business.
Job Description
This role will report directly to the Managing Director and will have full responsibility for a team of 6 transactional staff. This opportunity will incorporate month-end & KPI reporting, year-end, quarterly audits, forecasting, budgets, risk, compliance and routine accounting activities; receivables, payable, treasury, tax, payroll, fixed assets.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a Manufacturing background and excellent leadership experience. You would be commercially aware, persistent and willing to make a difference.
