Financial Controller

This well established business has a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Controller to join its evolving finance team. Providing robust support to the Finance Director and the Managing Director, the role will support the ongoing creation and development of accurate forecasting and budget process. Responsibilities will include:

• Development of the monthly forecasting process to ensure timely delivery of accurate analysis
• Develop tools and KPI’s to effectively monitor the performance of budgets with various departments
• Provision of detailed information to cost centre managers to support the effective use of budgets
• Production of financial reports inclusive of detailed analysis for review with senior managers

This is an ideal role for a finance professional who is looking for a ‘hands on’ role to enhance and develop their skills within a well rounded finance role; the ideal candidate will possess an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent). You will have developed a naturally analytical mind set and the ability to demonstrate how your previous experience has had a positive impact on the wider business. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage demanding and conflicting workloads.
