Financial Controller - Part-time

Due to continued business growth, our client, a specialist consultancy organisation, is seeking to appoint an experienced qualified accountant to join them as Financial Controller on a part-time basis. Reporting to, and working closely with the MD, the Financial Controller will be expected to manage the financial well-being of the company on a day to day basis. Duties will include the supervision of a bookkeeper along with the production of timely and accurate monthly reports including full financial and management accounts and associated analysis. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of business and possess strong commerciality and an entrepreneurial spirit. The company has ambitious growth plans and so the ability to identify new and lucrative markets would be beneficial.
