Are you an RDR qualified financial advisor who is seeking a new and challenging role where you can enhance your sales and client base, earn great bonus and work for a respected and mutual financial services provider?

My client have got an exciting opportunity to recruit a Multi tied financial advisor, where leads are provided and you will receive support in building up a profitable client base in the Dental industry. This role is home based and you will be required to cover the area of Ashford, Canterbury and Tonbridge.

You will receive leads from a small team of advisors, but will primarily self generate own leads, working from home and attending seminars. You will deliver on a range of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and run rates to enable business targets to be met whilst providing customers with an exceptional standard of service whilst adhering to compliances and regulations.

To be considered for this role, our client require:

FPC 1, 2 and 3,  Cefa or equivalent

Current experience of working in a financial advisor role(Independent or bancassurance)

CAS status desirable

Diploma status or currently working towards (one exam away from completion)

Flexibility to work from home with office space

Excellent product knowledge and their usage in the market place.

Proven evidence in strong cross selling and up selling skills with ability to articulate and persuade.

Excellent communication skills with ability to liaise with customers from a diversity of backgrounds

Excellent time management and organization skills with flexibility of working hours

In return my client is offering a salary up to £40,000 with uncapped bonus, company car and great benefits package, including home office, laptop and blackberry.
