Financial Analyst - Cheltenham - £25-30k - Perm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a fast growing and market leading organisation based in Cheltenham, they are looking to recruit an accountant to work within their FP&A function, this is an excellent opportunity for applicants who are looking to move into a role with great growth and progression potential. This is a new role created due to expansion.

Role responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting by providing the story to go with the figures
  
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of both financial performance but also business KPIs (Sales, margin, cost and operational performance)
  
• Manage and report the weekly rolling cash flow forecast
  
• Use historical data to create and utilise financial models to match business planning objectives
  

Role requirements:

• Qualified acccountant (CCAB) or equivalent
  
• Previous analytical experience in either FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail or leisure
  
• Capability to manage, manipulate and process large data volumes into coherent tangible information
  
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills are essential
