The purpose of this role is to carry out a range of financial administrative duties relating to property portfolios, including:

  • Manage supplier set-up process
  • Issue bank statements
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Posting cash
  • Service charge reviews

The ideal candidate will have a background in property and at least two years accounts experience. My client is looking for the following:

  • Understanding of basic accounting functions
  • Specific property accounting knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
