The purpose of this role is to carry out a range of financial administrative duties relating to property portfolios, including:
- Manage supplier set-up process
- Issue bank statements
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Posting cash
- Service charge reviews
The ideal candidate will have a background in property and at least two years accounts experience. My client is looking for the following:
- Understanding of basic accounting functions
- Specific property accounting knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
