Financial Administrator

£14,000  - £16,000 per annum

We have an exciting new role, a Financial Administrator working with an extremely successful and progressive business in Ipswich.

Our client offer an excellent path for future career development and as such seeking a professional, hardworking ambitious individual to join their team.

Duties will include:

Ensuring that all transactions are reconciled and processed accurately to the General Ledger

Preparation and audit of client reports, which includes:
- ensuring that the correct fees have been applied correcting any variances
- liaising with internal departments to resolve queries

Reconciliation of accounts
Reconciliation of bank statements for accounts

Posting of electronic datafeeds on day of receipt

Ensure tax information is reconciled and processed accurately throughout the year

Complete monthly reports in a timely manner

Dealing with internal and external queries

Processing contract notes on day of receipt

The right person will need to have strong GCSE grades including Maths and English and ideally A Levels.
It is also an advantage if you are studying your AAT.
