My client based in Chessington, Surrey, is a leading manufacturer and they are looking for someone with experience of invoicing, Secretarial Support and Office Administration to join their busy team. The role encompasses the following;
- Provide administrative support to Directors and Senior Management including diary management, emails and letters
- Arrange meetings, book meeting rooms, organise refreshments, create agendas, take minutes and notes as and when required
- Arrange hotel and travel bookings for staff and guests
- Co-ordinate financial performance monitoring and debt collection process
- Manage monthly invoicing producing out of scope invoices
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner obtaining as much information as necessary before transferring calls to the relevant person
- Liaise with external suppliers and manage day to day issues
- General office duties (stationery orders, deal with facilities companies etc.)
This is a great friendly place to work within nice offices. Due to the location of the company, a car is essential as pubic transport is not easily accessible.
