As a global force within their sector, our FTSE 100 client are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to business partner with a key cross functional area and provide value add commercial decision support.
The successful candidate will lead a team focused on the provision of financial leadership on a number of high profile projects. As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the relationship with this business unit from a finance perspective and provide strategic input to facilitate decision making.
You will ensure effective ongoing control of all capital and non capital expenditure projects ensuring accountability and ownership at each stage. The successful candidate will also ensure the appropriate control environment is prevalent and take ownership of driving all necessary changes to existing processes and procedures.
As a qualified accountant (most likely ACA), you will have cultivated a track record of delivery within a similar role and ideally have gained experience with inventory/stock accounting. You will also possess the ability to distill complex technical information with clarity and the analytical skills to solve complex problems. Experience of implementing robust internal controls and Opex/Capex management accounting experience including inventory accounting is requisite.
