My client is a prestigious top end property design company specialising in acquisition, refurbishment and fit out of prime residential property in Central London continental Europe and the Caribbean. They create homes for their client’s high specification from designing, developing and project managing offering interior architecture and design services.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and polished Head of Finance professional to join their team with a flair and vision for future expansion. The successful candidate must be qualified preferably with property finance experience, have strong technical, Excel and financial modelling skill. Additionally the core duties will focus on but not limited to forecasting, budgeting and audit. This is a hands on role within a high growth business.
