Location: Northern Ireland

Salary: £7.56

Benefits: Company Vehicle, mileage allowance @ 18p per mile & Mobile phone allowance

Hours: Consecutive 8 Hrs between 0600hrs and 2200hrs

Overtime: Mon - Sat after 8 hours on site or after 2200hrs - 06:00 hrs and for Sunday working.

Mobility: Driving Licence is essential. With a maximum of 6 penalty points on license.

The Role

To carry out project work at client sites within your given area, this may include IT Hardware ATM Machines and EPOS Equipment. Working on various projects the role will involve carrying out Moves, Additions, Decommissions and changes to desktop IT equipment including Servers, PC’s, Printers and other peripheral devices.

As part of your role you will be responsible for various administration tasks and required to complete all paperwork associated with the role. As this role is working from home, you must have access to a reliable PC with Internet connection capable of accepting files via email is essential.

Person Specification

• Must be flexible to work hours as this position requires you to work Out of Hours- weekends and evenings - paid at an overtime rate
• Must be customer facing and able to communicate at all levels, over the phone and face to face.

• Must be have a professional & methodical approach to work and be smartly dressed
• Be able to carry out jobs/Tasks with minimal supervision

Skills/ Education

• A vocational IT Qualification.
• Technical Competencies

• Proven IT skills within a support or engineering field based role.
• Familiarity and able to use Microsoft Office products.
• Good understanding of Networking and its products.

• Good understanding of ATM’s and Terminals.
• Previous experience installing of supporting EPOS Equipment and Peripherals
• Analysing and problem solving

Security: Must be able to pass stringent Police security checks and have no adverse credit history.

As part of Screening you will need to be able to supply the following documentation:

• Proof of Right to work in the UK (Valid passport/ Visa or UK Birth Certificate and proof of NI).
• Registered on the electoral roll
• Proof of residence at your current address
• Driving Licence
• Evidence your movements for the last consecutive five years
