As part of our clients ongoing expansion plans they are seeking to recruit a field sales manager for their southern operation. Taking responsibility for their current market position you will be leading the development of new business with new clients in new market sectors. Working closely with the rest of the management team the sales manager will be expected to deliver outcomes in terms of increased market share, sales and company success

Our client is a successful and growing company working within the UK construction industry supplying innovative products and services to a wide variety of construction industry clients such as single and multiple site building owners, construction companies, architects and design professionals, local and central government bodies.
The Role
• Leading the development of new business
• Driving new business forward
• Looking at new ways to break into new market sectors
• Making introductions
• Presenting to new clients
• Closing sales
• Attending network events
• Recruiting, supervising and motivating sales team
• Managing internal sales operation
• The role will cover the geographic area of the South East of England (including London), the East Midlands to the Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire borders in the north and the Derbyshire, West Midlands, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire borders in the west.
