The Company - Our Client:
Our Client is a privately owned company that provides voice and data solutions and is one of the fastest growing telecoms companies in the UK. They provide telephony solutions and products, handsets and IP phones and telephone systems accessories. As a growing organization, they are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive in Hampshire.

The Role - Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Promote our client as a main supplier of telecoms & IT products & services to the accounts in the nominated territory.
• Manage effectively the relationship between our client and the customer accounts within the nominated territory.
• Achieve a high level of new business sales from the accounts within the nominated territory in order to exceed the sales order intake target.
• Pro-actively contact accounts within the nominated territory to qualify sales opportunities via the telephone and to arrange prepared face to face sales meetings and demonstrations.
• Manage an opportunity pipeline and provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts to the Communications management.
• Have product knowledge or come from a IT or Telecoms industry

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:
• Experience in a field sales role.
• 5 years Telecoms lines and calls or System Sales
• Have an excellent telephone manner.
• Have the ability to negotiate and close deals with customers.
• Thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment.
• Target driven.
• Work well under pressure.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Have an excellent sickness record with previous employers

The Package : What You Could Earn:
• Basic salary up to £21,000 + OTE
• £4k car allowance fuel card
• credit card for expenses
