Field Sales Consultant. An outstanding opportunity to work for a multinational, customer and talent focused company within the UK energy market. Working for this market leader means investment in training and development to ensure that you can deliver a high quality service to their customers. As a consultant, you are given all of the tools and technology to advise potential customers of savings and benefits so that they can take advantage of competitive domestic energy packages.
The Role: Visiting existing and potential domestic customers between 12pm and 8pm, Monday to Friday, and providing a high quality consultancy for their gas and electricity. Understanding the customers' needs, and providing a competitive solution to help them benefit from savings and services. As a Sales Consultant, your territory will be your own to develop, covering an area surrounding your home base. All of your leads are uploaded onto your lap top for you to cold call on a day to day basis. Hitting achievable weekly targets rewards you with exceptional commissions.
The Person: We are looking for talented sales individuals who enjoy customer interaction and have a desire to achieve and exceed targets. Being self motivated, quality driven and disciplined to maximise sales within your territory are key traits that ensure success in this role. People from either a sales, telesales, or targeted retail environment are preferred, however military or authorities backgrounds will also be considered. This role provides a company car therefore having a driving licence is essential.
What you gain: On target earnings of £29,500 (uncapped) in the first year including a basic salary of £12,500. A fully expensed company car with a fuel card. Company laptop and a mobile allowance. Full induction sales training with ongoing support to achieve targets. Pension and flexible benefits package. 33 days paid annual leave.
