Through continued growth and success, they are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive to join the Sales team. You will be responsible for promoting the portfolio of executive development programmes to corporate businesses across the UK. The company provide training and development solutions to the some of the largest businesses in the country.
Job Description
This new Field Sales Executive role will report to Sales Manager of Open Programmes, and be responsible for developing both group and personal sales plans which underpin the strategic business plan. You will then execute the Sales plan personally, developing key accounts and building relationships in targeted sectors and regions, with the aim of initiating new sales meetings and providing organisations with a development plan for their senior management teams.
Person Specification
You will ideally have experience of selling Training / Development programmes to Corporate businesses. You will have previously held a business to business, field based sales role and have sold to senior level individuals within businesses (e.g. HR Directors).
You will have a professional and consultative approach, with excellent negotiating skills, high levels of integrity and the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects. You will be comfortable working under pressure, as well as results-oriented, proactive, enthusiastic and innovative.
In return, the successful candidate will be offered an attractive salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement and an excellent pension scheme.
