The ideal candidate would have a good solid background in either B2B / B2C sales.

Field Sales role and responsibilities... 

• Confirm and attend made appointments with potential prospects
• Clearly identify individual requirements, aims and motivations for potential students
• Sell relevant courses to students that best meet their needs
• Use their sales skills to promote courses operating within Company guidelines and policies
• To ensure new students details are processed accurately whilst adhering to Data Protection Legislation
• To gain student payments over the phone and in person in line with Company guidelines and FSA regulations
• To manage and motivate yourself to achieve and surpass all targets set.
• Monitoring your own progress against daily and weekly targets and reporting accordingly
