Our client, a reputable company that supply regulated products to employees throughout the UK are looking for Field Sales Consultants to join their teams throughout the UK. There is no cold calling involved in this role but candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to close sales. You will need to display flexibility to travel throughout the UK.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain first line contact with Regional Sales Manager to ensure the lines of communication regarding collecting daily information, coordinating allocation of locations, business scores, and any other issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
· Responsible for maintaining a high level of activity and production to meet company targets and customer service levels.
· Ensure compliance with FSA principles, "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF) & legislative requirements
· Ensure that work is planned, coordinated and conducted in a timely and efficient manner and that all deadlines are met.
· Adhere to company codes of conduct and pay special attention to avoid any disruption to the client company work schedules.
Skills and Experience
· Clear communicator.
· Self-motivated.
· Able to demonstrate a successful track record in sales and/or business development environment and the achievement of targets.
· Able to demonstrate a strong ability to close a sale.
· Need to demonstrate working in a fast paced environment
