Field based Mortgage Adviser - SHREWSBURY; CLIENT BANK!!

We urgently require a high quality Field Based Mortgage Adviser to work with one of the market leading estate agency practices in the West Midlands area, incorporating Shrewsbury head office, Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock & Halesowen to name a few! The role will be field based with visits to Shrewsbury head office being required once or twice a week. Leads will be self generated from years worth of client banks and you will need to be able to demonstrate how to work a client bank; once sourced, appointments will be based in the relevant branch of the business or at the customer's property.

Lead generation is key and this business is supremely pro-active and fully embraces the FS culture quality advisers require with the ability to make high quality appointments from a huge client bank which makes this a unique opportunity in this current, tough market.

First year earnings for a quality adviser is realistically in excess of £30,000 pa on a SELF EMPLOYED basis, generous initial support package, uncapped earnings and phenomenal support! You will be working in a team that is fully established and geared up to support a quality adviser, with full marketing, lead generation & training support available.

You must be fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with at least 12 months experience, including experience of working a client bank successfully and estate agency experience would be useful but not essential.
