The Role

Rapid Fit Centre Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Management of the work-flow to on-site technicians, fitters and MOT Testers
• Ensuring that workshop hours are fully utilised
• Supporting the Area Centre Manager
• Maintain safe working practices and insure that workshop standards are in accordance with HSO requirements.
• Identify training needs within the Service Team
• Manage liaison between workshop and service reception relating to customer vehicle progress.
• Creating and fostering a positive customer service experience.
• Maintaining franchise standards

The Skills and Requirements

 With several years’ experience within a Fast Fit Management position you will possess: -

• Full understanding of the Service department functions.
• Computer literacy – Microsoft plus Kerridge and 1Link experience
• Familiarity with volume manufacturer products and service needs
• An NVQ or equivalent plus technical experience gained within the franchised dealership environment
• Interpersonal skills with your team and customers.
• Coaching and training experience
