Our client is a growing, dynamic sports company in Ringwood who are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and creative Facility Administrator to help them through this busy time of year. This is initially a contract role of 3 months which may lead on to a permanent position in the future. All candidates must be available to start immediately.

The Facility Administrator will work alongside the Business Development Manager on a day to day basis. In this role you will be responsible for: Identifying local football clubs in each town using the internet, contacting the clubs, sending marketing materials, communicating with groups who might wish to hire facilities; Posting pitch bookings and raising invoices. Some light credit control; Suggesting and carrying out new marketing initiatives and promotions. For example, arranging for flyers to be handed out at a prominent football match; PR - writing basic press releases for the new sites for inclusion in the press; Contacting businesses, pubs and clubs using phone, email and letter to promote company leagues at various sites.

The successful candidate will have a marketing head, instinct, attitude and professionalism. You will have the ability to work on your own initiative, be organised, systematic and thorough - able to log tasks for example.

Technical Skills - You must be extremely comfortable with IT, incl. Office programs and Mail Merge. Experience in telephone sales and written business English is essential. You must also be able to understand the basic mechanics of football leagues (league tables, fixtures etc).

This position is Full Time. Working hours are 9.00pm- 5.30pm Mon-Fri. Hourly salary is up to £10.00 per hour, equivalent to £19,500 PA (pro rata).
